Halo Refunds & Our "Love Your Hair" Guarantee
At Halo, we are confident you'll love the healthier, smoother, and faster results our Halo One provides. That's why every Halo One purchase is backed by our 30-Day "Love Your Hair" Guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Halo One experience, simply follow the steps below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Our 30-Day "Love Your Hair" Guarantee allows for returns on all Halo One hair dryers and bundle purchases within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (styling concentrator, smoothing nozzle, diffuser, and Luxe Travel Pouch, plus any bonus items received with your specific collection).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Initiating a Return
- To start a return, please contact our Halo Customer Care team via the Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your product back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that the refund amount will be for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Bundles & Collections
- If you purchased a Halo Signature Collection (Duo or Trio Pack), all components of the bundle must be returned together for a full refund. Partial returns of bundles are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your Halo One arrives damaged or defective, please contact Halo Customer Care immediately upon receipt (within 5 days of delivery) with photos or video proof. We will work to replace the item promptly at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email Address].
Important Notes:
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from byhalo.store. For purchases from authorized retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
- Halo reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements or is returned without prior authorization (RMA number).
